Andrea Ryan

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As a migrant to New Zealand herself, Andrea has a full understanding of the challenging steps necessary to gain the highly regarded New Zealand passport. Now a dual citizen of Bolivia and New Zealand, Andrea thoroughly enjoys navigating the challenges involved in running a cross-border, multicultural business that CCR Group now encompasses. As Managing Director of the business, Andrea’s day to day tasks include overseeing all aspects of the business, from sales, pastoral care, immigration, finance, staff management and of course accounting.

 

Andrea has recently completed her Applied Management degree through WINTEC in Hamilton, majoring in Accounting. She is a mother to two young boys – Lucas & Santiago. She enjoys the Philippines and travels there as frequently as possible to embrace the culture, she has an active role engaging with our staff based in Manila and communicating with candidates, ensuring their life and well-being is always looked after.

 

Hamilton is home for now, she is focused on the future CCR, developing further markets and opportunities. Andrea spends her spare time with her kids, helping them grow. She is a competitive tennis player, likes to run and attend the gym.

Enrique came to New Zealand on a Student Visa in 2019, joining our team one year later. He is an Economist specialised in Finance, with a strong background in Banking Industry, and Financial Services.

James has diverse knowledge and experience through multiple industries and immigration. His legal background facilitates his superior service. He joined the team in 2021. With his extensive experience and insight into New Zealand immigration, he’ll help the CCR Group become the premier recruitment and immigration company in New Zealand. He understands that immigration policy is continually changing and adapting to country and global trends. Processing applications requires professionalism, circumspection and time. James’ work languages are English and Mandarin, and as one of our in-house immigration advisers, he is happy to help applicants achieve their goals using his expertise and skills..

Yvonne has had an extensive career in recruitment, career management, sales and people management, since graduating from Waikato University. She has worked and lived throughout New Zealand, and in Brisbane Australia, Germany and Singapore.

Warrick Ryan

SALES CONSULTANT

Warrick is a farmer at heart – he was born and bred in Matamata and spent his childhood growing up on the family farm. He attended Otago University and completed a Bachelor of Commerce before taking on sales and marketing roles in the agricultural industry with Open Country Dairy and AFFCO. Warrick then returned to run the farm as a lower order share milker for nine years, whilst starting a family with his wife Andrea and completing an MBA through Waikato University.

Warrick experienced first-hand the issues faced in the New Zealand dairy industry, however he hung the cups up for the last time in May 2017 and now holds the position of Sales Consultant for CC Recruitment. He resides in Hamilton with his wife, two sons (Lucas & Santiago), two dogs and a cat. He likes to get out on the open road on his motorbike, along with catching a few waves in Raglan on a hot summer’s day.

Eric loves a fast-paced environment that depends on efficiency and accuracy. He spent more than 10 years working in a call centre (BPO industry) in the Philippines, dealing with technical support, customer service, credit management and billing, (based in the USA and UK). For the benefit of his son’s future, Eric moved to New Zealand. With the help of his friends, he gained knowledge and skills in dairy farming. Eric did volunteer work at dairy farms located in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, which led him to meet Warrick Ryan of CC Recruitment. Based on Eric’s work experience and skills he was hired as the pastoral care co-ordinator, taking care of the Filipino farmers throughout the process of gaining visas, right through to settling in New Zealand. He now works as a sales consultant finding the right match for both employers and employees

Originally from the Philippines, Mark came to New Zealand in 2017. He has a strong and diverse background in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Tech Support, Financial Services, and has also worked as a Dairy Farm Assistant in NZ. Mark enjoys traveling, he used to do freelance work while going to places he has never been before. Some of his travel goals are to visit the USA, South Africa and Latin America. He has been to some countries in Asia, Middle East and Europe but decided that New Zealand is the “best country” to live in. Drawing from his background in dairy farming, business and technical advisory experience, Mark joined CC Recruitment in the first quarter of 2020. At present, he enjoys his role as a Sales Consultant helping Filipinos find work and migrate to New Zealand, guide candidates through visa processing, and assist them in settling here, which he finds fulfilling and uplifting.

Steph re-joined the team in October 2019, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the recruitment and dairy
sector. She has been supporting employers and migrant farm staff throughout the lower North Island with their recruitment and
staffing needs for 5 years.

Steph lives in Opiki in the Manawatu on the family dairy farm with her husband and three children. In her spare time she enjoys
running and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Olivia has a passion for connecting and growing businesses. Coming to the end of her Business Management Honors Degree at the University of Waikato with a Marketing focus, Olivia loves a challenge and working within an evolving environment that requires ‘out of the box’ thinking.

Growing up in Hamilton New Zealand, Olivia has worked for many local businesses. To her, business is about people who want to get the job done and grow with each other. Business is built off successful networks, and she wants to help others develop those networks and relationships for success.

Outside of CCR, Olivia is a tennis coach and lives an active lifestyle with the perfect balance of indulgence. She is a huge foodie and loves to travel and explore new places around the world. Above all Olivia is a people person and enjoys meeting new people and making great connections.

Joy Labradores Lu

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Originally from the Philippines, Joy came to New Zealand in 2010 with her son to join her husband who was already working in a dairy farm in the Bay of Plenty for two years. She has a strong and diverse background in customer service, legal and office and administration and has also worked as Sales Person and as a Casual Farm Worker in New Zealand.


In 2012, they moved to Waikato and Joy returned to studies and graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted as an Enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in New Zealand in November 2020.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lilia has extensive career experience in the recruitment industry. After years of working as a licensed civil engineer in the Philippines, she decided to join the recruitment industry realizing that she can extend help and bridge for the improvement of fellow Filipinos lives by providing job opportunities in New Zealand.

She joined with the Philippine team to ensure that Filipinos can communicate comfortably using the local language and establish trust & confidence by just being reachable and easy to get along with to provide proper information the client needs.

Lilia is a sports fanatic and loves basketball and Wimbledon. Family is her priority, involving them also in sports and other outdoor activities.

Richelle has strong experience in Human Resources specializing in Recruitment and People Management while much of her experience has been in the business world doing marketing strategies and working closely with international clients from different countries. She understands the social value of this sector and her experience will be an asset to meet customer satisfaction by building strong work relationships.

 

She loves working in a corporate world and believes that her experience in HR is her way of paying forward to help other people achieve and live in their dreams.  


Aside from that, she is also passionate about music and nature. She believes that having music and nature together with its upbeat music causes our brain to control our emotions to be able to observe the world in different ways.

Mhona has 8 years of extensive experience in the recruitment and placement industry. Her vast knowledge in hiring, document processing, and passion on human resources prove that she is on top of her craft.

She loves to travel, and dancing is her favorite hobby. She’s also a pet lover. Spending time with her family and friends is important to her. She believes that “If you can’t excel with talent, triumph with effort”.

Outside work, she loves walking as her sports and spending time with her kids and chihuahua.

DIGITAL MARKETING CONSULTANT

Paolo is our marketing guru and has over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing and multimedia content production. He shifted from design and production work to digital marketing and his experience equipped him with various skills in the ideation, execution, and data gathering of marketing campaigns. Paolo loves to run and ran his first ever 5km in April 2018. He’s now training for his second half marathon and his big dream is to run a full 42km marathon.

Simon Forster

SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING MANAGER

Coming from Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, Simon studied at the University of Waikato where he earned his Bachelor of Business where he studied his passions: marketing, economics and communication. Joining the team as marketing manager in 2022, Simon looks forward to helping CCR Group grown so that we can connect more people to more opportunities.

Inspired by seeing others do well, Simon wants to help people in their journey to achieving their dreams. In his spare time you will find him diving into music, checking out the latest in new media, or spending time with his dog.

Peter Paul Concepcion

SOCIAL MEDIA & MULTIMEDIA ARTIST

Paul is a video editor and graphic designer for five years with a wide range of skills for developing a company’s vision into useful graphics and designs to effectively promote business with proven proficiency in creating engaging videos, graphics, social media ads, layouts, and other materials specific to business requirements. He handles social media inquiries and helps the best way he can.

Besides being a graphic artist and a video editor, Paul is also a musician who spends his free time playing in hotels and other well-known restaurants in his place. He is also a music producer who already produces songs from other local artists.

Kevin Abalos

CONTENT WRITER

In what feels like forever now, Kevin has either been training or writing in one form or the other. His body of work extends from artist reviews for magazines to the FAQ section of a crowdsourcing startup to product pages like hot air balloon flights. He prides himself in being able to adjust his writing style and adopt a company’s voice, as prescribed by them, onto the content. What he describes as the hardest part of capturing the voice of an organization is learning as much as one could about the business, its functions and the people who make it what it is. Understanding the mission allows the writer to best describe the company to the world. When not writing for CCR, Kevin fritters away the time endlessly updating his music playlists, listening to podcasts about history and philosophy, and noodling with his acoustic bass. He used to play basketball religiously, but a knee injury has sidelined him indefinitely. Every day for 5 years since he started, he has been practicing drums. He’s still a novice drummer, nowhere near competent, but man, it’s fun hitting things with sticks and making loud noises.
