Finding the right job is fast and simple!
Our specialist pastoral care team remains in contact with you after your placement to ensure you are happy and getting the best out of your work environment.
Firstly, you need to get in contact with us. We have a partnership with a recruitment agency in the the Philippines that deals with the initial contact. If you are interested in applying, please contact us and send us your resume.
After you have submitted your resume, we will review it and check if you’re qualified. If you are qualified for a position in New Zealand, we will ask you to send through all your documents and certificates.
Once we have all your documentation and have determined you qualify for a job in New Zealand you will be scheduled for an interview. CCR will interview you via Skype, which will be recorded and provided to your potential employer. This allows your potential employer to get to know you a little better.
The team at Cross Country Recruitment will share your interview and resume with potential employers. Once an employer chooses you, the team at CCR will start arranging your visa and travel to New Zealand. The team at CCR takes care of everything, including dropping you off at your new employer in New Zealand.
