As part of our process, we believe it’s important that you get to know us, while we also get to know you. At CCR we believe the best way to do this is to sit down and have a meeting with you. While our main office is in Hamilton, our sales team travel throughout New Zealand and are happy to pop in and see you wherever you are located.
Once we’ve had a chat with you, we will assess your business’s staffing needs and put together a written quote and a professional outline showing employment options. These may include recommendations for offshore or onshore placement, or visa renewals for existing employees.
It’s important to know your workers before you hire. That’s why our candidates are screened and CV-checked by the staff at our recruitment agency, Bison, in the Philippines, prior to a video-call interview with the main office in Hamilton.
Once one or more candidates are selected as potential employees, we will present you with your options and forward recorded video interviews to you.
The final selection of the candidate is made by you, and we facilitate this process by giving our professional recommendations. Once the candidate is selected, our immigration specialists take care of all visa documentation, flights, pick-up from the airport and delivery of the candidate to your place of work.
